We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Daily Office Administrative Operations. Work duties may include tasks such as data entry, invoicing, answering phones, coordinating employees, scheduling appointments, providing customer service, and more. The ideal candidate is personable, has superior organization skills and an eye for detail, and can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner.
- MUST HAVE OFFICE EXPERIENCE! Computer literate, strong phone skills and PERSONABLE. *NON OFFICE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEED NOT APPLY*
- Assist with invoices, estimates, and proposals
- Responds to customer requests, resolving issues
- Responds to customer inquiries via the phone, email, and social media
- Follows-up on pending and recommended work with customers
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience required
- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral)
- Ability to handle high volume with speed and accuracy
- Ability to interact with customers and co-workers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism
- Proficient computer skills
- Working experience with Service Titan a plus
- Local candidate preferred
Position will pay competitive salary to include paid vacation, paid holidays and 401 K. Pay will depend on skill level and experience.
