Nights Sign-on Bonus – RNs
$3,000 up to $7,500 with experience
Nights--Internal transfers are not eligible for a sign-on bonus unless new graduate RN--
CDH Med/Surg Intermediate (3C)
- 26 bed fast paced, high acuity Intermediate Medical Surgical Unit
- Highly engaged staff active in shared governance and committed to multidisciplinary rounds at the bedside

Qualifications
Required:
- 3 Years RN experience
- Licensed RN in the State of Illinois
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Telemetry competency
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Consistently works within the framework of the Illinois Practice Act for Nursing and ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice.
- Ability to assess and determine situations requiring an interpreter and to use interpreter services effectively.
Preferred:
- 2 or more years in pertinent clinical specialty
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, with BSN.
- Cert NRN
- Specialty certification such as CV-RN, CHFN, CCRN, PCCN, CNML, NE-BC, etc. required within 2 years
