Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. As a vital part of our kitchen operations, you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service, including banquet setups as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food service during peak hours.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding menu items and special requests.
• Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
• Support other kitchen staff in various tasks as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils is beneficial.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
• Experience in banquet or hospitality settings is an advantage.
