- Curriculum: Plan and implement a curriculum that addresses the needs of each child and the goals of the program
- Teaching: Teach basic skills like colors, shapes, numbers, and letters
- Activities: Organize activities that promote learning, exploration, and creativity
- Routines: Establish schedules and routines that include physical activity, rest, and meals
- Assessment: Evaluate children's progress and identify areas for improvement
- Communication: Communicate with parents about their child's progress and needs
- Safety: Ensure the safety of the children and follow safety protocols
- Behavior: Establish rules and procedures for maintaining order and model respectful behavior
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of children's progress, routines, and interests
