We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Process Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the daily operation of grain facilities to ensure efficiency and quality while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate grain receiving, weighing, grading, storage, handling, drying, blending, conditioning, and loading out.
- Monitor grain condition to ensure quality and quantity.
- Perform housekeeping, maintenance, and other daily tasks as required.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company as needed.
- Maintain awareness of and comply with company safety policies/procedures.
Qualifications:
- Holding a federal grain inspection/weighing license or obtaining it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Operating heavy equipment like trucks, tractors, etc., with ease.
- Being willing to work in various locations as assigned by the supervisor.
- A basic understanding of mechanics and aptitude for troubleshooting.
- Having a CDL with necessary endorsements (preferred) and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
