Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Load feed trucks to ensure continuous operation
- Assist with unloading bulk and bagged ingredients to optimize storage space
- Provide customized feed grinding and mixing services based on customer requirements
- Notify supervisors of ingredient stock levels to prevent shortages
- Collaborate with supervisors to plan daily feed deliveries for maximum efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns
- Adhere to company safety policies and OSHA regulations to create a safe working environment
- Represent Central Farm Service in a professional manner at all times
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Relevant work experience or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates ability to perform the job duties
- Familiarity with equipment operation and maintenance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
