We are seeking a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our front office team at Central Florida Audiology. At Central Florida Audiology started serving the hearing healthcare needs of the Apopka community and have grown throughout the region, employing a staff of diverse and caring individuals. We offer top-of-the-line technologies when it comes to hearing aids and work closely with our patients to determine the solutions that work best for their hearing and lifestyle needs.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

· Greet Visitors: Welcome patients and other visitors warmly.

· Manage Calls: Answer phones promptly and courteously, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments.

· Update Records: Enter and update patient information, handle invoices, receive funds, and process payments.

· Build Relationships: Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, and colleagues.

· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

· 1 years Office Experience is required. Medical office experience is nice to have but not required.

· Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

· Location Hours: Mon - Thurs: 9am - 5pm & Fri: 9am - 12pm

· Must be able to work on Thursdays.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
