Central Florida’s Behavioral Health Network, Inc. (CFBHN) is one of the leading behavioral health managing entities in the state of Florida, covering 14 counties. Contracted with the Department of Children and Family, we provide oversite to providers in central Florida who serve in the mental health and substance abuse field in all types of settings, including school and community settings. We have been in business for more than 25 years, are well respected in the field, and are located in a convenient location near Brandon just off the Selman Expressway, not far from downtown!
The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for managing information systems and information technology initiatives as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions
- Implement and maintain corporate infrastructure, including hardware, software, voice, data, imaging and licensing, assuring continuous systems availability
- Assist with LAN security to ensure compliance with HIPAA and funder requirements
- Oversee systems backup procedure to assure systems integrity
- Complete user setups including hardware, software and systems access, providing technical support and troubleshooting as required
- Maintain and enhance the Share point system
- Utilize systems analysis tools, techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system function specifications
- Exceptional knowledge of information technology infrastructure development, standards and protocols
- Exceptional knowledge of information technology security and backup standards
- Excellent ability to troubleshoot systems and provide technical assistance
- In-depth understanding of data systems development
- Provide backup to the Senior System administrator
- Good understanding of CFBHN’s Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange
- Support the user technical experience (PC’s Phones, applications, etc.)
- Maintain/ recommend/ install/ user equipment and software
- Support the other functional areas of CFBHN
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suits the position
- Ability to travel as required by the position
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Required Education/Experience
- Associate’s degree in a related field
- Two years of experience with information technology infrastructure development or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- A , Network , Security preferred
