We are looking for a compassionate LPN to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services. Caregivers will provide medical care in a residential group home setting, in accordance with an established care plan. Full Time postion with 4/8/ & 12 hour shifts available. Both day and night shifts available. We offer competitive compensation, to go along with our world class service. Several locations to choose from throughout central Florida. (Including Orlando, Davenport, Poinciana, Haines City, and Kissimmee).
Must have at least two years of experience as an LPN. Experience with ICU/PCU preferred. (or documentation of ventilator and/or tracheostomy training (i.e. certifications, verified references)
Care is provided at a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio with direct care staff support.
LPN’s are responsible for tasks such as:
Pay: $25-$30/hr
Sign on bonus: $1,500 (must meet hours worked eligibility and have no call offs during the probationary period)

- Administration of medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc
- Documentation of client status, and/or changes
- Communication with RN, MD, & other medical professionals for orders and updates
- Bolus and continuous tube feeding
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Disease management
- Coordination client medical appointments
Pay: $25-$30/hr
