We are looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide medical care in a home care setting, in accordance with an established care plan. Day and Night shifts are available. We offer competitive compensation to go along with our world-class service. This particular position is for a medically complex home care case in Poinciana, FL.
Must have at least two (2) years of experience as an LPN. Experience caring for patients with neurological conditions preferred.
LPN’s are responsible for tasks such as :
- Daily assessments of client
- Administration of medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)
- Documentation of client status, and / or changes
- Communication with RN, MD, & other medical professionals for orders and updates
- Seizure monitoring
- Cerebral shunt monitoring
- Tube feeding
- Disease management
- Coordination of client's medical appointments
Positions available : 2 FT
Pay : $28 / hr
