We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Server to join our team at Central Florida Communities, Inc. As a server, you will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience for our residents and guests.
About the Role:
In this role, you will prepare the dining room by setting tables and stations according to standards, greet residents and guests, assist with menu selection, and answer questions about food preparation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare the Dining Area: Set tables, arrange condiments, utensils, and plates according to established standards.
Serve Food and Beverages: Ensure resident satisfaction by serving food and beverages in a timely manner, bus tables, and pre-bus throughout service.
Maintain Cleanliness: Clean and maintain equipment and work stations in the dining area, scrape and wash all dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans before placing them into the dishwasher or pot sink.
Qualifications:
- Able to see, hear, speak, read, and write English.
- Maintain ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, lift unassisted at least 35 lbs, and walk or stand up to eight hours.
- Must be trained in the Heimlich maneuver or willing to be trained.
Employment Details:
$12.50 - Negotiable hourly rate.
Frequent bending and standing, standard use of workstation, and constant noise environments.
