Central Florida Communities, Inc. is seeking a skilled and attentive Server to join our team. As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction with every meal.
Key Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for preparing the dining room by setting tables and stations according to standards, greeting residents and guests, assisting with menu selection, and answering questions about food preparation.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare the Dining Area: Set tables, arrange condiments, utensils, and plates according to established standards.
Serve Food and Beverages: Ensure resident satisfaction by serving food and beverages in a timely manner, bus tables, and pre-bus throughout service.
Maintain Cleanliness: Clean and maintain equipment and work stations in the dining area, scrape and wash all dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans before placing them into the dishwasher or pot sink.
Requirements:
- Able to see, hear, speak, read, and write English.
- Maintain ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, lift unassisted at least 35 lbs, and walk or stand up to eight hours.
- Must be trained in the Heimlich maneuver or willing to be trained.
Hiring Information:
$12.50 - Negotiable hourly rate.
Frequent bending and standing, standard use of workstation, and constant noise environments.
