Salary / Hourly Rate :

Purpose :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial concepts, accounting principles, and possess expertise in technical accounting. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in financial management and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Essential Duties :
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and other reports in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist preparing reports in compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Prepare the following monthly summary reports - Days, Cash on Hand and Debt Service Coverage Ratios.
- Calculate Monthly Management and Participation Fees based on Management and Corporate Administration Agreements as needed.
