Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting tables, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and attractive dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the dining room by setting tables and stations according to standards.
- Greet residents and guests, assist with menu selection, and answer questions about food preparation.
- Ensure resident satisfaction by serving food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work stations in the dining area.
Requirements:
- Able to see, hear, speak, read, and write English.
- Maintain ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, lift unassisted at least 35 lbs, and walk or stand up to eight hours.
- Must be trained in the Heimlich maneuver or willing to be trained.
Hiring Details:
$12.50 - Negotiable hourly rate.
Frequent bending and standing, standard use of workstation, and constant noise environments.
