We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a District Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for working with a volunteer board of directors and other community leaders to develop and implement programs that benefit youth.

- Program Development: Work with volunteers to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of local communities.
- Volunteer Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to support program delivery.
- Fundraising: Secure funding to support program initiatives.
- Membership Recruitment and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and retain existing members.
