As an HR Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle through a variety of functions including onboarding, auditing, employee support, and internal communication. You'll ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires, maintain accuracy and compliance through regular audits of HR data and processes, and serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and concerns. In addition, you will help craft and deliver clear, engaging communication to keep employees informed and aligned with HR programs and initiatives. This role requires strong attention to detail, a people-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. This is a hybrid role, with mandatory 2-3 days in the Lake Mary office, as coordinated with the HR manager. Pay Range: $39,000-$45,000, based on experience and skillset. Some examples of tasks include: - Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation
- Address employee inquiries and concerns
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- Maintain employee records (personal information, performance reviews, etc.)
- Ensure employees are trained on workplace ethics, sexual harassment prevention, and legal compliance
- Provide guidance to managers on employee issues, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Help managers implement HR policies and best practices
- Help distribute important company announcements, updates, or policies
- Help communicate and manage changes to employees
- Help explain benefits packages to employees and answer related questions
- Assist in open enrollment for health, dental, and other employee benefits
- Conduct internal audits to ensure HR processes are efficient and compliant with regulations
- Act as a liaison between departments and HR to address concerns or changes
- Other duties assigned or required
Qualifications and Education Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources or Operations

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in computer applications which include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize with the ability to easily adapt to fluctuations in workload, projects, and immediate needs
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
