Chiropractic Assistant - Lady Lake

Location: Lady Lake
Wage: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:45 am - 7:00 pm (with a two-hour lunch), and Friday, 8:45 am - 1:00 pm
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Lady Lake. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within the healthcare field. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support, assist with chiropractic treatments, and manage administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and caring atmosphere
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with chiropractic treatments, including Hot/Cold Therapy, Electric Muscle Stimulation, Mechanical Traction, Ultrasound, and Therapeutic Exercise, under the direction of the Chiropractic Physician
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized office environment
Ensure smooth daily operations and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct Patient Care experience
- Previous experience in a chiropractic office
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
