We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Middle School/High School Assistant Principal to support our Principal in fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape academic programs, support faculty development, and drive student engagement in alignment with CFP’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Collaborate with the Assistant Director to set and achieve strategic educational goals, drive curriculum development, and support faculty performance.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, discipline, and facility management, ensuring a safe and efficient learning environment.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data to monitor student performance, enhance operational efficiency, and implement school improvement initiatives.
- Staff Development: Mentor and coach staff, provide professional development opportunities, and ensure alignment with school values.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with students, parents, faculty, and the broader community. Actively participate in school events and promote positive school culture.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to school policies, to accreditation standards, and maintain a safe, secure campus environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching or leadership experience in middle or high school education.
- Proven ability to manage academic programs and lead operational efforts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student-centered approach.
