Position Overview
Central Florida Preparatory School is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Upper School English Teacher to join our dynamic and collaborative faculty. Key ResponsibilitiesAchievement Drive

- Utilize diverse instructional strategies to engage students in reading, writing, and critical analysis.
- Dedicate time and energy to supporting students and the school community, including extracurricular activities.
- Stay current with professional development and integrate innovative approaches into the curriculum.
Classroom Structure and Planning
- Develop clear, standards-based learning objectives and engaging lesson plans.
- Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages discussion, analysis, and collaboration.
- Prioritize instruction to achieve measurable learning outcomes and adapt as necessary.
- Maintain classroom organization and management to promote a positive learning experience.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks to support instruction and school operations.
Student and Parent Relationships

Qualifications
