What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary escalation point for Level 1 technicians on advanced troubleshooting and client support issues.
Manage and resolve Level 1 & Level 2 helpdesk requests across a wide range of client IT environments.
Lead client onboarding, IT project execution, and cloud migrations (Microsoft 365, servers, networking).
Perform advanced troubleshooting for servers, networking, security, and various software applications.
Ensure clients' IT environments run smoothly and securely , providing technical guidance and strategic solutions .
Document solutions and maintain accurate client records in ticketing systems.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
5 years of IT experience , preferably in an MSP or an in-house IT role managing an organization's overall IT environment.
Expertise in troubleshooting servers, networks, and client devices .
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (setup, administration, and migrations).
Knowledge of ticketing systems (ConnectWise, Datto, or similar) preferred.
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), networking, security best practices, and server OS management .
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills to support and interact with clients.
Must be comfortable working on-site (this is an in-office role ).
Strong team collaborator who actively supports colleagues and fosters a cooperative work environment.
Diligently track time and billing to ensure accurate documentation.
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and deadlines efficiently.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits.
Availability to participate in on-call support rotations.
Due to client-site policies, we require adherence to a smoke-free environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary : $75,000
