What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaner position at Central Florida’s Professional commercial cleaning?
We are looking for experience english speaking commercial cleaners for the following positions;
a)Restroom Cleaning
b)Trash/ Vacuuming
c)Class room sweeping and mopping
Number of positions available: 3
Monday- Friday 6 PM- 11 or 11:30 PM
Pay rate: $14.00- $14.25
- Must possess a valid Social Security
- A background check is mandatory for all position.
Responsibilities:
- Bathroom cleaning
- Sweeping and mopping of classrooms
- Trash Removal
- Perform custodial duties, including cleaning and maintaining designated areas
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean and sanitize trash cans,
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is required
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Must possess the ability to follow instructions and directions accurately
-Other task assigned by management
