We are looking for a meticulous and EXPERIENCED Office Assistant to join our team. If you do not have current office experience, please refrain from applying.
This position is three days a week Mon, Wed and Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Drop Box files
- Assist in coordinating projects and tracking their progress
- Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks
- Provide personal assistant support as required
- Aid in planning and organizing office events
- Answer phone calls professionally with proper etiquette
- Transcribe documents and keep records updated
- Proficiency in utilizing computerized systems for office duties
- Light office cleaning on ( once a month)
- Staffing duties and time card keeping
- Other task assigned by management.
- Budget Reports
-Employee account updates
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong typing skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and calendar management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous office experience and commercial cleaning administrative experience
- Ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
-Capability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

This position requires signing a non-compete agreement, which is non-negotiable.
a) No absences or tardiness will be allowed during the probationary period. Punctuality is essential.
b) A performance review will take place after 30 days to assess whether we are a good fit for each other.
c) Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, and proficiency in both languages will be evaluated.
