Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation, with a passion for sales and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
• Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and any relevant customer information.
• Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a related field is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies for effective lead generation.
• Proficiency in using software applications for tracking sales activities (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve personal and team goals.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

This position is paid at $14.00 plus each set appointment

For appointments that sign up, you will also be rewarded accordingly in addition to the pay above.

The expected hours are Monday-Friday from 10 am- 3 pm ( No weekend)

Valid social security is required!
