Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience operating cash registers.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist with inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining stock levels.
