Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
* Answer incoming calls, providing information about services, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries efficiently and courteously.
* Manage the appointment scheduling process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This may include booking, confirming, and canceling appointments.
* Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and providing necessary information.
* Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and presentable environment.
* Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
* Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services.
* Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
