Job Description
- Spend 75-90% of time on the phone making high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls to existing retail customers and new prospective customers.
- Maintain detailed notes about interactions with customers and prospects.
- Grow the company's customer base by onboarding new retailers and distributors.
- Manage and cross-sell to a large group of current accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating in a professional manner, resolving any issues when answering incoming calls.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required.
- High energy and love of speaking to customers/prospects.
- Good team partnership.
- Computer literacy with MS Office required.
- Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
