Job Summary
Central Health Hawaii Office Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the medical office. This individual will oversee administrative staff, ensure optimal patient flow, maintain organized records, and contribute to a positive and professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and clerical skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
Duties
- Supervise daily office operations and staff activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage scheduling, including calendar management for team members and patients.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and other office functions to promote team engagement.
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Provide clerical support as needed, including correspondence, data entry, and report generation.
- Communicate to Managers and Providers accordingly
Patient Flow and Experience:
- Optimize patient scheduling and registration processes to minimize wait times and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Solid administrative skills with experience in calendar management and event planning.
- Knowledge of billing processes preferred but not needed
- Familiarity with square space and Dr Chrono a plus but wiling to train
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Required)
