1. Any combination equivalent to four years of college, or a Bachelor's Degree. National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) Certified. Possess a valid Red Cross First Aid Card and CPR Card. .

4. Valid California Driver's License/printout not greater then 90 days.DMV printout must show *END* on the report. The online report will be accepted as long as it is printed from the web browser, clicking the 'print" button displayed on the Driver History Report Page
5. Include Three Professional References on application
