Central Home Medical Equipment is in need of an Office Administrator! We are a family owned and operated team that is growing quickly right here in Avon Ohio! This position will be in charge of ensuring the daily operations of the company run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Work with operations team to make sure that office is organized
- Maintain and update patient records in accordance with medical coding guidelines
- Assist with medical coding and billing processes
- Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement
- Handle patient inquiries regarding insurance claims and billing issues
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth operations of deliveries
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquires
- Assist walk in customers in the showroom
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office
- Familiarity with managed care and insurance billing practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining medical records
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adept at multi-tasking, organizing, priority, and time management.
