Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for pouring concrete by leveling, grading, and compacting the ground.
- Install forms for concrete structures such as sidewalks, driveways, foundations, and walls.
- Finishing concrete
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; perform minor repairs as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation related to concrete work is a plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in concrete finishing tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is beneficial.
- Experience in trim carpentry or metal stud framing is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
