Position : College and Career Specialist - Indiana 3E Career Collaborative

Calendar Length : Full Time

Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary commensurate with experience and education

Benefits : Standard benefits package with health, dental, vision, LTD, short-term disability, life and TRF. 14 paid holidays, 2 personal days, 10 sick days, and 20 vacation days. Cell phone reimbursement. Work from home up to 3 days per week.

CIESC seeks a qualified candidate for the position of College and Career Specialist to support our Indiana 3E Career Collaborative. The successful candidate will work with business, industry, community partners and districts to rethink the High School Experience. Duties will include developing structures with our partners to create a system of support for member school districts to allow students to explore, engage and experience career opportunities. Responsibilities will include facilitation of networking opportunities for school and business partners to build systems, structures and processes for students to explore, engage in and experience real-world learning and building networks in Central Indiana and statewide.
