Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
- Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and insights into market trends.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Promote property listings through social media, networking, and other channels.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
