What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Central Infusion Alliance, Inc.?
Central Infusion Alliance (CIA Medical) is hiring a seasoned, full-time B2B Medical & Surgical Supplies Inside Sales Rep to increase our revenue and grow our market share. A successful candidate will have experience exceeding sales quotas selling to medical professionals (hospitals, clinics, surgical centers, oncology centers, research facilities). Deep knowledge of the medical supply industry is a big plus. We work in an extremely high growth industry and our company is expanding significantly.
You will build new customer relationships, communicate with our existing customers, and find the best solutions for their medical / surgical supply needs. An understanding of the healthcare supply chain, preparing quotes and managing a sales pipeline is an asset.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position in our corporate office in the Chicago North Shore area. This role will be an integral part of our sales team, so we’re looking for a team player with a great attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is h50K annually or 12% commission on gross profit of sales made by the employee.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively with healthcare & business organizations to build on existing sales, and generate new sales
- Learn product knowledge, customer maintenance requirements, and sales strategies
- Generate quotes and sales orders for customer accounts
- Call existing customer accounts to maintain and strengthen relationships
- Generate tasks and projects in a demonstrably goal focused and priority driven fashion
- Execute objective strategies as established by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5 years of proven, successful experience in B2B inside sales and growing market share in the healthcare industry selling to professional medical facilities
- Experience with Salesforce or major CRM software is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication, PC and software (MS Excel, Word) experience
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization, highly detail oriented and good analytical skills - accurate with data and logistics
- A minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in medical sales Experience with Microsoft Tools & data entry
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High capacity for attention to detail
- Documented track record of positive sales results
- Ability to work in a team centered environment
- Must be willing to work Monday through Friday in Skokie, IL office location
