Job Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Part-Time Nursing Supervisor at the Central Jersey Behavioral Health Center.

We are looking for a nurse with experience in behavioral health, preferably with a supervisor or management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of house-wide staffing and patient throughput/bed management
- Ensuring enforcement of facility policies and standardized feedback to employees related to policies and clinical performance
- Providing supervision, education, mentorship, and support for clinical and nursing quality issues
- Clinical leadership for medical and psychiatric emergencies
Requirements:
- RN degree from an accredited institution
- New Jersey RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health, including at least one year in a supervisory or management role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Specialty certification
