Are you looking to learn a NEW industry and have some background in the AG and TURF equipment service area? Do you have experience in working with service technicians and mechanics and communicating with customers? CJE is hiring for an aspiring SERVICE CLERK to work along with the Service Department TEAM to improve CUSTOMER SERVICE. CJE is seeking a hands on learner, willing to go above and beyond to drive productivity and revenue.
DUTIES (to include):
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones, greeting customers and preparing documents
- Manage timely communications, such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Create and maintain electronic filing systems
- Manage service order paperwork and coordinate with sales and parts departments
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Manage data in spreadsheets and report
- Other duties as requested by Management
SKILLS (to include):
- MUST be computer savvy with the ability to type
- MUST be proficient in MS Office Suite and internet applications
- MUST have excellent oral and written skills, including proper grammar and proofreading skills
- Friendly attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability and desire to be part of a team
- Solid clerical expertise
- General accounting knowledge
- Strong people and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- High School degree or equivalent experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bi-lingual is a PLUS, but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
