Duties
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the sales floor to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Managing the CRM, tracking ALL leads and holding our sales team accountable for all dealership processes to ensure a positive experience for the customer.
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet market demands.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive shopping experience by delivering outstanding customer service and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth within the sales sector.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or as an assistant manager is a MUST.
- Strong mathematical skills for inventory management and sales analysis.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse customers.
- Proven ability to manage stock levels efficiently and maintain and organized showroom display.
- Experience in training development is a MSUT, with a focus on enhancing team performance.
- Passion for the powersports industry is a plus and will help the developmental side of the sales team knowledge tremendously.
