Job Overview:
The Patient Services Representative plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing for clinic visits, maintaining patient records, collecting and posting payments, and scheduling appointments. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and completing next day preparation activities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of work experience in directly communicating and providing service to patients or public. Prior medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred.
