Job Details
M1 has 20.25 RN FTEs working at this time. They need 27.72 FTEs to staff to their current ADC. This leaves a 7.47 FTE deficit to staff to their ADC.
M1 has an 82% vacancy rate with 1.8 additional RNs turning over in February.
M1 needs 4 x 1.2 FTE day RNs (0645-1915) and 3 x 1.2 FTE night RNs (1845-0715).
These RNs need to be chemo certified and able to cover charge and precept. Surgical Oncology experience preferred. Need to be proficient in end-of-life care.
