Duties
- Perform construction painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing.
- Estimate material requirements for projects and assist in managing inventory.
- Apply paint, stains, and coatings to a variety of surfaces including drywall, plaster, and wood.
- Execute caulking and sealing tasks to ensure proper finishes and prevent moisture intrusion.
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting, with knowledge of commercial and industrial applications.
- Familiarity with drywall installation and repair techniques.
- Basic math skills for estimating materials and measuring spaces accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship.
