Responsibilities
Recommended Job Duties
Orders all ingredients for all Chef Prepared sub departments to include the coffee bar, gelato and caf (excludes Beer and Wine)
Orders include DSD, Warehouse and In-store Transfers
Utilizes various methods of ordering to include phone orders. Website ordering, CM Order Portal, email, warehouse Telxon, in-store transfer process
Maintains raw ingredient on-hand and determines par levels based on vendor service levels, shelf life on the item and promotion/holiday plans
Manages ingredient inventory levels to meet kitchen needs while minimizing spoilage/shrink and out of stocks
Works with vendors and Division Supply Chain Partner to resolve quality issues
Tracks purchases daily and weekly utilizing a purchase tracking form and the following tools:
Business Intelligence (BI Reports, Bill $'s / Bill Units by Vendor, DSD Invoice Repor
tDaily Invoice Report / DS
DWarehouse Inquiry / WH Invoice

sCompletes all ordering decisions based on a Division Order Guide, Cbord and daily visits to the Chef Prepared Purchasing Page on PartnerNe
