Central Massachusetts Podiatry is a private specialty office providing podiatric care for people of all ages and all walks of life, with two locations in Massachusetts.
Greet patients, and prepare patients for examination and treatment. Record medical history. Assist podiatrists with procedures. Clean and sterilize instruments. Perform x-rays of the foot/ankle. Scan patients for ankle foot orthosis. Remove plaster casts. Other duties assigned.
Requirements: Float between two office locations in Worcester and Westborough. High school diploma or GED required. Medical assistant diploma/certification required, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will be considered. 1-3 years medical assistant experience highly preferred. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. People-oriented – warm, professional, and helpful attitude. Calm and collected under pressure. Ability to think critically and exercise sound judgement. Motivated and adaptable-can effectively work alone or diligently with others. Receptive to change.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
