About the Position
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to serve as the manager for our course survey system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and execution of support services for course surveys and reporting at Central Michigan University.
">Responsibilities

- Manage the University's student End of Course Survey administration ">
- Develop content for web resources for system users ">
- Provide workshops and system consultations for system users (including faculty and designated administrators) ">
- Coordinate other activities relating to course survey functions and reporting ">
- Serve as the backup administrator to additional Watermark Systems ">
- Perform other duties as assigned ">
Requirements
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree ">
- Three years of professional experience ">
- Experience interpreting, analyzing, applying, and reporting research and statistical information ">
- Demonstrated project management skills ">
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment ">
- Demonstrated excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-resolution skills ">
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment ">
- Proficiency with basic computer software (including Microsoft Office) ">
- Proficiency with survey systems (e.g., Qualtrics, Watermark) ">
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation ">
