Oversees User Services Operations Sunday through Thursday evenings. Shares oversight and responsibilities of the User Services functions that include: Collection Maintenance, Inventory, Microforms Printers/Copiers/Scanners, patron safety and compliance, and stewardship of the building. Hires, schedules, trains, supervises, and evaluates student employees in all aspects of customer service and other functions of the unit.
