TITLE: Cafeteria Monitor
REPORTS TO: Building Principal - Central Middle School
AVAILABLE: ASAP
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: $15.00 / hr.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTION: Supervise students at recess and lunch. Maintain a positive, safe atmosphere in the cafeteria, playground or inside recess location; instruct students on the proper and safe use of playground equipment; directs movement of groups of students to and from the play areas; informs any attending teacher or administrator of any incidents that appear to be more than a momentary disruption.

- PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
- School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
- PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
