How You’ll Make An Impact
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with complex and specialized administrative tasks including managing and overseeing records and generating reports.
- Process DHS Background Studies and motor vehicle checks on accepted contingent offer applicants.
- Completed annual motor vehicle checks and insurance company paperwork for all affected employees.
- Track new hire paperwork, once the offer is extended and accepted at Recruiter stage, to ensure all paperwork is completed and filed in personnel files.
- Administer credentialing of agency clinicians with insurance providers.
- Complete monthly audit of all benefit bills and work with benefit providers if there are issues on a bill.
- Assist employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Create orientation packets for interns and new employees.
- Maintain employee personnel files; ensuring files are up to date, meeting compliance and accurate.
- Register all employees for CPR courses as needed.
- Complete HR file audits and HR projects as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous Human Resource experience preferred.
- Clear DHS background study
- 2 or 4 year degree in related field
- 3-5 years of administrative assistance experience
