HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a CNA or CDT, you are essential to CMMHC's Withdrawal Management program. Along with your Withdrawal Management co-workers, you will work as a team to support and monitor our clients. The CNA-CDT provides ongoing support and supervision to clients. The Duties may include but are not limited to :
- Administers scheduled medications as ordered by the Medical Director and / or consulting physician; administers PRN medications as delegated by licensed nurse on duty.
Documents client's medications in EMR promptly after administration
