HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

You will work as a team to support and monitor our clients by assessing incoming referrals for meeting admission criteria for the Withdrawal Management Program, performing basic health screenings, screening for risk of self-harm, monitoring for safe detoxification and potential withdrawal using evidence-based assessment tools while implementing treatment protocols and stabilization services.

Essential Duties :

• Perform basic health screenings.
• Perform Nursing Assessment.
• Implement nursing policy and protocol.
• Medicate as indicated for withdrawal symptoms following the condition specific protocols initiated by the on-call provider(s).
