Introduction :
Join our team at Central Moloney as a Leafer, part of our assembling experts. You'll play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of transformers. Your commitment to safety, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures will ensure the quality and efficiency of our products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow instructions to assemble core steel based on customer needs and company guidelines.
- Install various parts onto coils, including steel pieces, padding, clips, and frames.
- Ensure core and coil units are assembled accurately according to set standards and customer preferences.
- Keep tools organized for smooth workflow.
- Inspect transformer cores carefully to ensure they meet quality standards and size requirements.
- Work well with team members and follow supervisor directions to meet production targets.
- Always prioritize safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
