Maintenance Positions Full-time CMWA an automotive wheel manufacturer and is globally recognized as leader in producing a quality product to top automakers. Located in Paris, Kentucky, CMWA has immediate openings for the following maintenance positions plants due to growth and expansion of our business. Salary Range $28.99 - $35.00. Internal testing opportunities for higher pay. Now offering alternative scheduling. 1. Mon-Fri 8 hours, 2nd, or 3rd Shift positions to start. Limited weekend work. Shift premium $1.00. 2. Mon-Thurs 12 hours, 2nd PM Shift. 7:00pm - 7:00am. Shift Premium $1.00 3. Weekend Schedule 12 hours AM & PM – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Work 36 hours paid for 40 7:00am – 7:00pm (Shift Prem $100 per pay Incentive pay $216 = $316) 7:00pm – 7:00am (Shift Prem $150 per pay Incentive pay $216 = $366) Paid bi-weekly 26 pay periods Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities: * Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building. * Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. * Installation of new equipment Electrical Technician Responsibilities: * Working knowledge of PLC is necessary. Fanuc Controls desirable. * Robot background a plus. Must be able of reading and wiring electrical schematics. * Knowledge in wiring 480-volt circuits of motors and controls. * Working knowledge of metal stamping, CNC machine centers, and any other high speed assembly equipment a plus. Basic Qualifications: Possess a two-year technical degree or higher. Minimum of four years of experience in a Maintenance position. Successful candidates must have working knowledge of industrial safety practices. Perform basic administrative skills including creating work orders and documentation of work performed. Ability to problem solve and work with a cross functional team in the manufacturing process. Continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity. Overtime opportunity available.
