ECP Area Manager/Education Coordinator/Coach
Our Columbus Nebraska Early Childhood Program (Head Start and Early Head Start) is looking for an individual to work as an Area Manager/Ed Coordinator/Coach serving our Columbus and Schuyler location. This position will ensure all state and federal standards are met to maintain a maximum level of quality for home based and center based program options. Also ensure assigned staff are provided support and resources to meet programmatic requirements as described in the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework: Ages Birth to Five, including for children with disabilities and dual language learners, as appropriate, and the Head Start Parent, Family and Community Engagement Framework by assisting them with strategies to build, respectful, culturally responsive and trusting relationships with families.
Other duties would include: Supervise, train, support, and provide resources to Early Childhood Teachers and Home Visitors as well as monitor and evaluate the classrooms and homebased services to ensure a high level of quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education/Inclusive/Unified
- Valid NE Teaching Certificate
- Excellent People, Supervision, and Leadership Skills.
- Valid NE Driver’s License
